"Bought this warranty for a Razr V3i that I bought off eBay (orig condition New & Unlocked). About 1 year + 3 months later had an issue crop up where phone would periodically start freezing and rebooting. "I purchased a warranty on a motorola cell phone in August of 2007 and had to file a claim. My experience with Square Trade can be summarized in one word "Outstanding". The square trade rep took the time to understand my concern about the item and immediately said that Square Trade would accept the claim.
