I contacted square trade, and there was no hassle. I am sure glad I purchased there warranty, because there was no recourse with the seller. I bought a Flatscreen 42" and noticed a problem in the screens appearance, made the claim and they reimbursed me the purchase price within 1 business day. I could not believe the turn around time.
