It was even mailed incorrectly from FedEx...but they quickly rerouted sent for repairs and returned quickly...very impressive...great service
Phone was. White cord that came with phone was not compatible with it. Went ahead and ordered correct cord and UBC block myself as I needed it sooner than later and your rep did not seem to try to get it to me quickly.

The gaming controller broke, had to send it back for repair. I wasn’t too happy with that. But, it came back in just a week, fully working.

Overall experience was pretty good. Only issue is that the replacement item isn't eligible for the existing warranty.
