My glasses were damaged beyone repair. I remembered I had the insurance policy. I called and was given easy directions to follow. I used the online page and completed the forms. I received my reimbursement within the time expected. Easy to access and terms explained very well.
I had to use on a canopy. process was very easy as fast. Communication was fast. Settlement was fair.
Service was excellent. I filed a claim and 24 hours later I received the disbursement. Thank you for helping.
Everything went very well
OUR POWER WENT OUT OVER A WEEK AGO. ONCE THE POWER CAME BACK ON MY TV, COMPUTER AND PRINTER WERE NOT WORKING. I CALLED WAVE/ASTOUND MY INTERNET SERVICE. THERE POWER WAS OUT AND FINNALY OPERATING AGAIN. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NO SIGNAL AND THAT MY MODEM WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. I CHECKED MY WARRANTY ON MY PURCHASE I MADE AT Walmart on May 4th 2024. Overall, I had a positive experience with filing my claim. The only disappointment I had is, I had to do it by phone took several different prompts and several minutes of getting shuffled all over the place before I could actually even talk to somebody that did not give a five star rating, I did talk to the agent. He was very thorough polite and filed the claim in an expeditious manner, but they definitely need to update their phone service to get connected to an agent more properly without all the props and misdirection.

Allstate couldn’t have been more helpful when one of my barstools broke. Although I couldn’t get the same chairs, the ones I picked out are very nice. I would definitely recommend Allstate to friends and family.
There was a few phone calls and emails, and follow up emails. But the process wasn't horrible and the repair process good. The repair guy they sent out was very nice. They determined they needed to replace the TV - and that was handled extremely efficiently. I got a new TV delivered days after I had made my choice. Very happy with the results.
