Carlos was great. He knows his job & does it well. He was always at my house very close to his time he gave me. He was very polite and very professional. He found three parts that were bad on my washing machine and it operating like it was new. Thank you Carlos for all your hard work and patience.
It was very easy to file a claim, check on it, and we got the payment quickly.
My coffee mKer quit working and you couldn't replace it, so you sent me a check.
