My camera broke, I went to the website and started a claim. It took less than a week to get it back.
I sent in a tablet to be repaired. And due to the fact my only way of receiving the status of my claim was through my email. Well I wasn't informed that my tablet was fixed. And because of my tablet been sent without me knowing. In the apartments I leave in my tablet was stolen from outside my door due to the fact FedEx didn't have me to sign for the package, but instead of not helping me.
