Ally Property Management has gone above and beyond to make our rental experience the best we have ever had. They have responded promptly to all of our questions and addressed the two minor repairs to the appliances extremely efficiently over the two years we have been tenants. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for my family to make our rental house feel like our own home.
Suzanne was always responsive, helpful, and understanding. She helped me find my townhouse and was always available for any questions or issues we ran into. Highly recommend Ally to all of my Charlottesville folks.
The apartment was OK and, being a furnished apartment with a month to month lease, it was just what we needed while we were shopping for a home in Virginia. However the management of this apartment was EXTREMELY hard to communicate with. We could not talk to them directly we could only communicate by text.
I've been renting from Ally for a couple of months now. They've made the whole process, from signing the lease, to taking care of maintenance issues so easy. This is a small company, so you're not just another tenant. They have taken the time to get to know me and really do care. Maintenance requests are taken care of immediately, I locked myself out on a holiday and they responded immediately, and the team has been so kind in welcoming me to my new home. I hope to rent from them for a long time.
My experience with the team has been positive so far! From showing the house tour virtually to moving into the house, they made it very easy and professional! We moved from upstate New York and arrived late at night, they made sure the key was there and everything was clean and taken care of. All maintenance requests are handled quickly and promptly! They even follow up to make sure the problem is fully fixed. I highly recommend renting from them!
