So far so good. I just want my doctors you trust me as much as I trust her. I know what works for me because I've been on medication since 1997. She's very professional and I'm glad she's my doctor. Thank you very much.
I really liked it there at first but quickly went downhill….one of the doctors switched my medication from one thing to another and didn’t care to mention that I could possibly have seizures from the switch, next day I hav a seizure in the middle of Dairy Queen, bleeding from my mouth because I bit through my tongue. That very scary for me and even more scared that I wasn’t warned about it beforehand..
This office has been an incredible experience. I came with a pre loaded opinion that I wasn’t going to like it or them. From the start Kathy has been both professional and very human. She has been patient and understanding in a manner that has made my comfort level go through the roof. When I was unable to come to an appointment she immediately made it ok and found a quick solution so I could still see a therapist(telehealth). I have sent my child’s insurance cards to this company for the sixth time and they still cannot get it right. Not helpful with correcting their billing issues, pushy with scheduling, all on top of the therapist not being a great fit. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for mental health services.
