I’ve been a patient of Dr. king for several months now and have had excellent service from the get go. Dr. King is very easy going and very knowledgeable. Avery, their front office staff, is so personable and kind and keeps the front desk running smoothly. Ivanna is the office manager who wears several hats at the office. Ally Psychiatry is a great place to get treatment. Dr King is amazing and so happy to have him as my doctor. The staff is amazing too and shoutout to Avery at the front desk. He’s always willing to help and in a positive mood. They’ve helped me grow into the person I am today and I know I’m in good hands.
I have been a patient of Dr. King’s for about 4 years now and the experience has been wonderful! Everyone on the team has been so kind and caring! This is not like other offices where they try to cram as many patients on the schedule as possible and rush you through appointments. They really take the time to give you the best possible care!
Avery at the front desk is awesome! So friendly and helpful. I’ve been seeing Ms. Preeti for over a year now and she’s been wonderful. She’s attentive and listens to any concerns I may have. She cares about doing what’s best for her patients.
The staff at this clinic is incredibly unreliable. The doctors do not listen to their patients at all. I clearly explained how a medication change would affect me, and they still took me off my medication without giving me anything to replace it. This led to a severe mental breakdown — something I warned them would happen because it has happened to me before.
