Would advise staying far, far away from them and any office they manage. Despite calling and attempting to pay a bill multiple times, they sent my bill to collections, damaging my credit. When I called about this, they read me a note made by an employee which documented that I had called months before in an attempt to pay and was to be called back so I could pay the bill. I normally try to handle concerns directly with a provider before leaving a review, but I am extremely disappointed by my experience with communication and prescription follow-up through this office. I have been taking my children to the Montgomery Clinic for about 5 months and and the staff and doctors have nothing but respectful to us. They have got my child that was having difficulties in school within a few months and answer any questions that I need. I was impressed by the testers knowledge on the test given and the resources for my child. The clinic is clean and those that I do interact with are respectful to my autistic son. If I could give 0 stars I would, my prescription I’ve been on for over a year got sent in wrong, I asked for it to get fixed.. called for a week and left messages with no answer, finally got an answer and she told me to start emailing. I was told I couldn’t get that script because I no showed my appointment. I have never interacted with a business in my entire life that is as hard to get a hold of. It is impossible to ever speak to a human on the phone at any time for any reason. It just goes to a voicemail that they have never once answered. Multiple times I have had issues with my prescription that would be fixed immediately with a phone call at any other medical practice I have ever had treatment at.
