I have been a regular since Aug or Sep I couldn’t make it to my Monday appointment since my appointments have always been virtual, and now since I wanted to reschedule last minute they wanted to charge me the $100 late fee I understand that but also as a Loyal client and this being my FIRST TIME I ever have done this no EXPECTATION .. I have 2 under two it was the weekend who am I supposed to call when I realized it was in person and I live 40mins away. We’ve had a wonderful experience with Ally Psychiatry. Dr. Benjamin Miner, Heather (the office manager), and the entire front desk staff have been warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Heather keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently, which makes such a difference. As the conservator for my adult son, navigating his mental health care can be very stressful at times, but their compassion, organization, and support have made the process feel so much more manageable. Scheduled to be a new patient. Got 5 text message reminders, an email reminder AND a phone call at 8:14 in the morning asking me to confirm. When I called back to confirm and asked if they could just not call me before 9am because I work nights, APRIL told me “ma’am we have to call when we have a chance” so if you work nights you can forget getting a good night sleep before your shifts! I canceled my appointment - I don’t do business with people who don’t respect my time.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Ally Psychiatry over the past year. My mother has been a patient there, and the level of care has been consistently excellent. The staff in both the Franklin and Nashville offices are professional, kind, and genuinely compassionate. Had a great plan with a great provider, however since this is a "teaching" clinic, the providers change periodically. My new provider, Cheng, wanted to reinvent the wheel and change my entire treatment plan, that was working just fine. Like, I get it man, you're fresh out of school and want to make a name for yourself and change the world. But changing drastically ones mental health medication is very dangerous.
