I am so glad I found this practice. It is completely worth the time it takes to drive there. Everyone I've met has been super helpful, professional, and friendly. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Miss Tracey at the front desk. She keeps that office running! Every time I've been there, things are completely organized and on time. Please, never let her go. The same applies to Miss Brandy. Together, they are a dynamic team. So calm, kind, and thorough. Every office should have people like them. 🥰
I’m so pleased with my choice to use Ally the past several months! I was experiencing debilitating anxiety when I started seeing Brandy. Hers and Tracy’s calm energy and kindness immediately made me feel safe. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere plus From the very first appointment, I felt heard, respected, and never rushed. They took the time to truly listen, explain treatment options, and answer all of my questions with compassion and professionalism.
I’ve been with Alabama psychiatry, which is now our psychiatry for years and I’m very pleased Munira Porbanderwala and Brandy and Tracy the staff and I see Robert Martin once a month I started last month he has really helped me.
