I called on August 8,2024 and spoke with Kristine Paraino. She did an excellent job concerning the needs I had with my account. She was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable during our transaction. I highly recommend her, and Almands if you’re looking for a safe place to store your belongings. I’ve never had a bad experience with them especially with representatives like Kristine.
Josh was very helpful today when I called in reference to my storage units. He explained everything I needed to know. Assured me that everything would be taking care of regarding my account.
Fazi was very helpful with helping me to purchase a storage. She was very knowledgeable and very concerning to my needs.
Theirs no one on site to help. Sometimes you can't get in the storage because the key pad is messed up. You spend all day on the phone trying to get help. They can't help because they're overseas. I wouldn't recommend.
Patricia was very help and polite and they had a very good price on what I needed .... Very helpful
