They will not return calls or respond to messages. They resurfaced our pool and installed a new light fixture. The light fixture keeps falling out. Upon inspection, it appears the casing was broken or damaged during install. Now, we can't get them to cone and fix or replace it. This is under warranty and very expensive! Very disappointing!
