Ripon Almond Blossom Festival is the last full weekend in February (which is mid-Feb this year). Great family fun. On Friday the bands are all students and they're great! Last year was the best yet (heard songs from Green Day, Pink, Blink 182, Sinead Oconnor, and more). Can't wait to hear what this year brings. Full disclosure: I'm the face painter next to the stage. Lived there for almost 10 years. As a single parent on one income. Covid gave us hazard pay and my income went up slightly. Was kicked out this year because I “make too much money”. Now Covid is “gone” along with hazard pay and housing is unobtainable crazy. We were given our notice by a phone call. Never spoke to anyone in person. The woman from corporate was awfully rude and condescending. Said she was being nice by giving us 60 days. We moved out on time. Haven’t moved in yet but I can tell this is a great apartment already and I’m really excited to live there!!I recommend this apartment a lot because it seems really safe for kids and the landlord is really nice!!
