Hello, Byron Gutierrez here as a current resident soon to no longer be. I would like to say that property is well kept and maintained well by the grounds keeper/ maintenance man Paul. I have to say he was much more out with previous managers. It seems like he was told not to be so outgoing, speaking from my experience. My mom has lived at Almond Blossom Apartments for 15 years. She has seen many managers and maintenance come and go. Alyssa and Paul are by far the best!! Alyssa is very professional and cares about her residents. Paul is a very knowledgeable maintenance and takes pride in his work. From what I can tell people that are complaining must have an issue following the rules. All I can see in these reviews is bullying and harassment.
Ripon Almond Blossom Festival is the last full weekend in February (which is mid-Feb this year). Great family fun. On Friday the bands are all students and they're great! Last year was the best yet (heard songs from Green Day, Pink, Blink 182, Sinead Oconnor, and more). Can't wait to hear what this year brings. Full disclosure: I'm the face painter next to the stage. I lived here for 5 years and had an amazing experience until Alyssa (current apartment manager) stepped into position. She uses blatant retaliation against tenants and threatens people homes when she doesn’t get her way or is found doing something wrong. Alyssa is highly unprofessional and makes living here hard. It’s unfortunate that such a beautiful apartments complex is managed by such a terrible person.
Lived there for almost 10 years. As a single parent on one income. Covid gave us hazard pay and my income went up slightly. Was kicked out this year because I “make too much money”. Now Covid is “gone” along with hazard pay and housing is unobtainable crazy. We were given our notice by a phone call. Never spoke to anyone in person. The woman from corporate was awfully rude and condescending. Said she was being nice by giving us 60 days. We moved out on time.
