Dealing with this firm has been incredibly frustrating and quite overwhelming. They never have answers to direct questions, ignore emails and messages, and make it impossible to speak with a manager or lawyer. If you’re seeking help for a loved one wrongfully detained by ICE, find a firm that truly cares instead of one that gives false hope. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with so-called lawyers. It’s truly heartbreaking. Only giving 1 start because there isn’t an option for negative or even 0
Our experience with this firm has been extremely stressful. They did not treat our case with the importance it deserved, despite the significant amount of money our family invested. Due to their negligence, my father-in-law was deported, leaving our family devastated. They provided no real help, and we strongly advise others to avoid them.
Amazing customer service, they are so gentle with customers, so compassionate with people, they know how to listen their concerns, I am so grateful for Alonso and Alonso law firm, thanks for everything and all your help and support.
Terrible Communication and Lack of Assistance – Do Not Hire This office is completely unorganized and lacks communication. They do not have Houston-based lawyers. When you ask to speak with a manager, they say you’ll get a call back—but you never do. They also claim they don’t have direct contact information for their managers or lawyers you will never speak to a lawyer directly only with their paralegals.. went to office to set up consultation, and alls they talked about was payment. they called and alls they talked about was payment. they’re supposed to call back, i’ll update accordingly. i’ve never seen where you pay weeks in advance. they’re not interested if you don’t agree to pay weeks prior to consultation. consultation is pricey compared to others so we will see.
