We were treated just the opposite of what they claim on their page. My beautiful sweet mothers body has been with them for 10 days and still her final wishes have not been completed. I prepaid for my moms choices in 2022 and her cremation was put on hold because no one called to tell me that I needed to pay a transport fee because they had to drive outside their 25 mile radius.
