This was the easiest process and the employees have been to nice and respectful. As our mom was on hospice, we set up services through Alpha's website. Very easy to navigate. Paperwork/contract came via email for e-signature. Staff returned a phone with questions well after hours and were very kind and helpful. Ok, so does it feel strange leaving a review for a cremation service provider? Yes. Does the technology that surrounds us help to make informed decisions? Yes (for the most part). I want to share my positive experience with Alpha in case someone else finds themself in the situation I was in a few weeks ago when my dad unexpectedly passed away. They were very supportive and professional. They offered a wide range of options and did not try to up sell or over charge me. I am very happy with the service. They helped to simplify things during a very difficult time.

This was a weird experience. I mean, besides having to make arrangements after the death of your only parent. But there were some extra odd elements, and my sister had the same thoughts when we discussed things after leaving so I know I didn't imagine it. It was kind of weirdly unprofessional. The woman we met with just didn't give off an air of someone who knew what she was doing or was familiar with stuff. Death, and sudden death in particular, is not time for "shopping" for funeral service providers......If we could do this all over again, this is NOT a place we would go to. Some basics.... * Business hours are business hours. If you have posted business hours, then save for a real emergency, do not leave early. This business is just that a business which cares only about how much money they can make off of the loved ones left behind. The only customers they have any compassion for are that pay for it. When my Grandmother died I was unable to see her before they took possession of her body. The only way I see her body and say goodbye was if I paid them $327. Take my advice and avoid using this business. They are heartless and truly only care about money. They over charge for the services they provide. They are horrible people sho... read more
