I came to Alpha SCD for cleaning and exam.The front desk was very kind and helpful in setting up my file and appointment.My hygienist Stacey had a really good energy, took the time to make sure I was comfortable and she was very attentive and did an excellent thorough cleaning.Dr Tsay was professional and sure to address any of my concerns with modesty and respect. In general I felt it was a modern and well equipped clinic and I appreciated that there was a lot of young staff and an upbeat vibe overall..
Best dentist office in Montreal. Fairly priced, excellent work, very understanding when you need to cancel, no hidden fees and super friendly professional staff. I have had a lot of work done here over the past 5 years and even cosmetic in nature. Very advanced and excellent job. Most comfortable prosthetic I have had. I highly recomend this dental practice.
I’ve been going to Diane for my cleaning for nearly 4 years now. She’s the best hygienist I’ve had. I can feel she cares about my dental health very much. I have sensitive teeth so sometimes I feel pain when some machines are used. She is very understanding and switches to manual procedure if needed. She will point out if my dental hygiene is not the best and she will suggest constructive solutions (tooth brush, tooth paste etc). Dr.Ola Maria is amazing. She completed some fillings for me, and she was helpful, kind and explained each procedure.
I’ve had a good experience with the dental care itself — the staff are professional, appointments run on time, and the treatment was well done. However, I’ve consistently faced issues with the payment and refund process. The clinic requires full upfront payment, promising a refund within 2–3 days after processing insurance claims.
