I had an interview with Alphalete Marketing. I was selected for second round and orientation, but decided not to move forward with the position. The job description was not fully transparent, and I was not informed that the role involved door-to-door sales. Clear communication is important, and I would have appreciated more honesty about the job expectations upfront.
