We were really grateful for how quickly the locksmith came out. It was late, cold, and we were stranded outside our home with our kids. The technician got us inside fast, and we appreciated that part of the service. However, the pricing transparency definitely needs improvement. When I called, I was told the service “starts at $80,” but there was no breakdown or mention of additional fees.
