The therapist I see is amazing and does a great job. However this practice only cares about money. They will call, harass and even cancel appointments for anything over $100. Even when setting up a payment plan they still want money. They don’t care about your financial situation and are like a collection agency when it comes to their money. Go to another practice it’s a shame that their billing department functions like a collection agency
This place is a absolute disgrace. They made an appt with my son and at the last minute they were calling and texting his phone left and right asking for all types of info than because he doesn't have a credit card to add to the online form they won't see him. They need to shut this place down. They have no empathy understanding or anything that running a mental health facility requires. They turned down a person that desperately needs the therapy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Completely disappointed with the service received here. People walk through your door looking to heal, looking for stability, looking for advice, safety, comfort. You failed to deliver. My one star can go to my therapist, he was great, but my overall experience otherwise was unsatisfactory.

I had an appointment last Friday because I couldn’t make my original day of Thursday. I told my therapist that fridays would work better so he told me to call to set up ongoing appointments that are scheduled for Fridays. So I did then I get a reminder that I have therapy on the following Thursday so I called and asked them about it they’re not sure what happened but for Fridays with my original therapist they told me that the slot was already taken.
