Recently started service for my daughter and I’m already disappointed. This place has poor communication. I specify that I don’t want a new therapist every week and they agreed to place my daughter with someone who she could see every week. On the intake day that therapist let me know she’s no longer available to see my daughter on the agreed day and would she be placed with someone else. No staff was ever rude, or mean. Any interaction was met with kindness from staff, even with my bad experience with the therapy and the supervisor, everyone was still candid and no one ever treated me inappropriately or in a way i could take as negative which is something.... However the mental health services are cookie cutter, very rigid to fit whatever it is their internal requirements demand. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Completely disappointed with the service received here. People walk through your door looking to heal, looking for stability, looking for advice, safety, comfort. You failed to deliver. My one star can go to my therapist, he was great, but my overall experience otherwise was unsatisfactory.
Dr. Maya Angelou once said: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Although my experience with Alssaro was short lived, the moment I entered the fourth floor, I was received with a warm smile and listening ears.
