I had an appointment last Friday because I couldn’t make my original day of Thursday. I told my therapist that fridays would work better so he told me to call to set up ongoing appointments that are scheduled for Fridays. So I did then I get a reminder that I have therapy on the following Thursday so I called and asked them about it they’re not sure what happened but for Fridays with my original therapist they told me that the slot was already taken. The office staff was always kind and welcoming, and was efficient in getting me answers and information that I needed. Our clinician was always on time and found creative ways to connect with our son. Overall, the experience was very positive.
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. After waiting weeks for an appointment from a mental health crisis the appointment was ripped from under my feet without proper communication. I was told by the employee Juliana the night before at 8:29pm (seemed very helpful whenever we spoke) that the paper work needed to be fill out out before I get into the office for a 1:20 appointment the next day. Been going here coming up on 2 and a half years now. Megan, my therapist, has been amazing and all the front desk staff are super nice. I’ve never felt more heard/cared-for than with them. Highly recommend Alssaro 👍
most counselors are great, attentive and caring. turn over is high, so be warned. for example I worked with 3 different counselors this year so far, not the best feeling to start over so many times
