The therapist I see is amazing and does a great job. However this practice only cares about money. They will call, harass and even cancel appointments for anything over $100. Even when setting up a payment plan they still want money. They don’t care about your financial situation and are like a collection agency when it comes to their money. Go to another practice it’s a shame that their billing department functions like a collection agency
I saw this provider 5 years ago and they provided me a diagnosis. I needed them to fill out paperwork regarding that diagnosis for the federal government. The counselor told me I needed to be “active” and have 8 sessions to do so. After these 8 sessions, and they got paid from my insurance company, the counselor told me they cannot fill out the paperwork. So, the counselor made certain representations and misled me. This place is a absolute disgrace. They made an appt with my son and at the last minute they were calling and texting his phone left and right asking for all types of info than because he doesn't have a credit card to add to the online form they won't see him. They need to shut this place down. They have no empathy understanding or anything that running a mental health facility requires. They turned down a person that desperately needs the therapy. Before I started I was highly depressed and didn't know what I was going to do next but since I started I'm happy I'm getting better it's helped me a lot I love this therapy I get every Tuesday that helps me overcome anything the customer service is great they treat you great good place for therapy if you need a good therapist I highly recommend this place
No staff was ever rude, or mean. Any interaction was met with kindness from staff, even with my bad experience with the therapy and the supervisor, everyone was still candid and no one ever treated me inappropriately or in a way i could take as negative which is something.... However the mental health services are cookie cutter, very rigid to fit whatever it is their internal requirements demand.
