Recently started service for my daughter and I’m already disappointed. This place has poor communication. I specify that I don’t want a new therapist every week and they agreed to place my daughter with someone who she could see every week. On the intake day that therapist let me know she’s no longer available to see my daughter on the agreed day and would she be placed with someone else. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Completely disappointed with the service received here. People walk through your door looking to heal, looking for stability, looking for advice, safety, comfort. You failed to deliver. My one star can go to my therapist, he was great, but my overall experience otherwise was unsatisfactory.
Dr. Maya Angelou once said: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Although my experience with Alssaro was short lived, the moment I entered the fourth floor, I was received with a warm smile and listening ears. My therapist is really patient and understanding. The front desk staff is also nice and friendly
I had an appointment last Friday because I couldn’t make my original day of Thursday. I told my therapist that fridays would work better so he told me to call to set up ongoing appointments that are scheduled for Fridays. So I did then I get a reminder that I have therapy on the following Thursday so I called and asked them about it they’re not sure what happened but for Fridays with my original therapist they told me that the slot was already taken.
