I saw this provider 5 years ago and they provided me a diagnosis. I needed them to fill out paperwork regarding that diagnosis for the federal government. The counselor told me I needed to be “active” and have 8 sessions to do so. After these 8 sessions, and they got paid from my insurance company, the counselor told me they cannot fill out the paperwork. So, the counselor made certain representations and misled me. Before I started I was highly depressed and didn't know what I was going to do next but since I started I'm happy I'm getting better it's helped me a lot I love this therapy I get every Tuesday that helps me overcome anything the customer service is great they treat you great good place for therapy if you need a good therapist I highly recommend this place
This place is a absolute disgrace. They made an appt with my son and at the last minute they were calling and texting his phone left and right asking for all types of info than because he doesn't have a credit card to add to the online form they won't see him. They need to shut this place down. They have no empathy understanding or anything that running a mental health facility requires. They turned down a person that desperately needs the therapy.
