The therapist I see is amazing and does a great job. However this practice only cares about money. They will call, harass and even cancel appointments for anything over $100. Even when setting up a payment plan they still want money. They don’t care about your financial situation and are like a collection agency when it comes to their money. Go to another practice it’s a shame that their billing department functions like a collection agency
No staff was ever rude, or mean. Any interaction was met with kindness from staff, even with my bad experience with the therapy and the supervisor, everyone was still candid and no one ever treated me inappropriately or in a way i could take as negative which is something.... However the mental health services are cookie cutter, very rigid to fit whatever it is their internal requirements demand. This place is a absolute disgrace. They made an appt with my son and at the last minute they were calling and texting his phone left and right asking for all types of info than because he doesn't have a credit card to add to the online form they won't see him. They need to shut this place down. They have no empathy understanding or anything that running a mental health facility requires. They turned down a person that desperately needs the therapy. Recently started service for my daughter and I’m already disappointed. This place has poor communication. I specify that I don’t want a new therapist every week and they agreed to place my daughter with someone who she could see every week. On the intake day that therapist let me know she’s no longer available to see my daughter on the agreed day and would she be placed with someone else. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Completely disappointed with the service received here. People walk through your door looking to heal, looking for stability, looking for advice, safety, comfort. You failed to deliver. My one star can go to my therapist, he was great, but my overall experience otherwise was unsatisfactory.
