Front staff was very respectful and friendly. I told them I had an older, very nervous kitty and as soon as they could they put me in a room...avoid the great date and excited puppies in the lobby. The tech was very responsive and kind towards me and my questions. The female doctor was patient and intelligent... I enjoyed how she related using her own cats as examples. I took my dog in for vaccines during the vaccine clinic hours. It was fast and the staff was friendly and professional as usual. Very good experience.

Expensive!!! The staff were kind. The facility is clean. We needed to update our vaccination for one dog (2 shots) and some flea medicine. The cost was nearly $300. !!!!!!! Big ouch!
