As a residential treatment center for mental health, my experience was significantly improved thanks to the clinical team Tom and Terrylynn, Liz and Jacob. Alter Behavioral Health has been nothing but amazing for my husband and I. The second my husband showed up, he felt welcomed, I have been in the loop with everything going on with my husband, they have been so accommodating, and the best of all, my husband has been enjoying himself and getting the help that he needs. We had a smooth admissions process and even with a discrepancy with our insurance, the staff went above and beyond to help us get it fixed and they didn’t stop until it was figured out.
