My consultant Michaela went above and beyond to help me find my dress. From the moment i met her she helped me every step of they way making me feel comfortable, listened to what i wanted in a dress, was present the whole time for my stay of 3.5 hours, gave great advice during styling my dresses, and much more. I had an amazing experience with Michaela and said yes to the perfect dress because of her! She was able to take my ideas of what I was looking for and find me the best fit dress they had. With a few alterations (also helped me so much to visualize what I was thinking!) I found the dress! Also, thanks to the manager on duty the day I was there (I didn’t get her name!) but she was beyond helpful as well with making my vision become a reality!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Michaela went above and beyond. Once she knew the style I wanted she pulled so many beautiful dresses for me to try on, helped me accessorize, even had the seamstress come talk to me about things that could be done to alter dresses how I would want them. She made me feel so welcoming and comfortable as well as my family. This was hands down the best dress shopping experience I had!
Worst experience and I wasnt even the bride. She had her own horrible experience. Go anywhere else. Drove 4 hours after being told they had the dress, Didn't have the dress then ordered a size bigger than what was requested after trying on a slightly different dress. Held the dress and refused to ship it after it was paid for in full. Rolled the dress up in a ball and stuffed it in a bag to ship. Had to call 4 times to get the dress shipped. Dress is huge but would have fit with the size originally tried on.
I had such an amazing experience at David’s Bridal in Altoona! I’m the Matron of Honor for my cousin’s wedding in Philadelphia, and with the wedding only a week away… the dress I had originally chosen from another boutique no longer fit comfortably at 18 weeks pregnant.
