Absolute worst experience & awful customer service. First time walking in I was completely ignored, walking around the store for 20 minutes around 11am and no one seemed to greet or attempted to guide me with assistance. I decided to seek for help and I immediately got told by an employee she was busy and I had to wait which I did not mind. The staffs were really nice and helped us out with our dresses.
Despite being super stressed and hangry, I had a fantastic experience at my alterations visit. Everyone was so kind, patient and understanding. I can't wait to see the end result
I got my dream dress for my wedding at this store, everyone was very friendly, amazing service, one to remember, very pretty
