They've done a horrible job. My Fiance picked her dress and they ordered a size too small. She showed up to pick it out and could not get it to zip up. They told her they would order a size bigger and alter it so it wouldn't be too loose and gave her a delivery date 2 days before our wedding which was 4 months away. She went back to get an update because nobody ever called her and they said they would alter the smaller size dress they ordered. The people were nice but I expected them to pick out dresses based on what I said I liked but instead I was told “here’s where they are grab what you like and I’ll grab them later “ they also didn’t have that many options at all it was all the same style with a few here and there and the try on dressed all had makeup on them . It felt like a waste of time I ended up going to Bella’s bridal and found my dress there
