Truly recommend not coming here. I was really happy with my dress but the alternations department was a nightmare to work with. They made mistakes constantly, and even one week before I had to leave for my wedding the dress was not finished. The waist was taken in before doing measurements, and the dress didn’t fit (I have no idea why anyone would touch a wedding dress before doing measurements). I brought my Amsale satin dress here because I thought they would do a good job since they specialize in wedding dresses. They were a bit disorganized and the woman assigned to me didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, although she was very nice. I asked her to redo the hem 3 times because I was nervous that they would make it too short.
