I had a GREAT experience here!! Tabitha and the other staff were SO kind and easygoing! They made the process so set apart from other experiences that felt overwhelming by letting me have time to explore the options and pick out dresses that I was interested in, and Tabitha was always ready to clip/adjust as soon as I’d walk out in a new dress. Bride - I was lucky enough to have Katie as my stylist! We bonded over our name and she was so kind and laughed with my group. She respected my budget and found me several dresses that made me feel like a princess. She was attentive to how I carried the dress when I really like it versus not so much. If you’re looking for a beautiful dress and phenomenal customer service, I would recommend this David’s Bridal. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help! But my girl Katelynn went above and Beyond to ensure I got the dress I wanted!! I’m getting married next week and I was concerned I wouldn’t find a dress in time, but she made sure I did!! I had a great experience at the David’s Bridal location in Peoria. Joanna was incredibly helpful in finding the bridesmaid dress I liked in the correct color and size. Since only larger sizes were available in-store, she expertly cinched the dress to show how different sizes would fit. I followed her recommendation, and the dress fit exactly as she demonstrated. I’m very happy with the service! Everyone was kind and welcoming.
