My assistant did not help me! I had to ask my bridal party to help me move dresses out of the dressing room. She never complimented me or picked out dresses. She just stood in silence and watched me stand there dress after dress. There were dresses I wanted to try on, but if they weren't exactly in my size, she wouldn't let me try it on. The whole experience was awkward and slow. I'm not sure what my bridal assistant's name was, as she never introduced herself.
I went in with a broken backpack and Huda was amazing and took the time to help me with fixing my backpack. She is warm and professional. My zipper was fixed in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend working with the alterations department here.
Had a very pleasant experience looking for a bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses! Found what we needed with great service!
I absolutely love the ladies here. They always make me feel beautiful and really care about what I want. Thank you to Mrs. Huda!! I adore you!!
