Just went in for an alterations appointment and so happy and grateful that they said that my dress could be done in a week! The employees were very kind and professional!
The prices are a ridiculous rip off. Also, they have a 4 week turn around. If you need it sooner then it is an extra $30 to $40 depending on when you need it. For example, I needed an item one day shy of 4 weeks and they charged an additional $30. They also mark up your clothing and make you schedule a pick-up appointment before they ever tell you the price. Terrible business model. Awful experience.
So far, it has been a good experience. There were some communication errors on their end. They were more than accommodating and took care of the issue. Everyone has been nice and pleasant to deal with!
