We ordered the wedding dress a month in advance and was told to pick it up on a Thursday but due to living in VA traffic is a nightmare during the weekday after work. So I called two days in advance to pick it up Saturday or Sunday and they said of course. So we are here Sunday morning and was told we should have came in Thursday and we will have to wait after everyone. Worse customer service and communication!!! Stay away!!!
Overpriced. About 400$ just for trimming hem and putting bust, which is basically adding few buttons. Didn't waste my money and took it elsewhere. You can find half of this price with personal tailors who hold their own small business.
