Just a PSA: If you plan on using Althoff Home Services, they will not provide you an itemized invoice for whatever services you need around your home. They lump their labor and parts into 1 sum and from their Google reviews, will change it to charge more after they come in and perform the services. They tried to take advantage of my elderly mother. Althoff let’s me down again. After my Tesla electric charging outlet fiasco I decided to continue my service contract only because I knew I would get a second opinion for anything as necessary. The only good reason I continued this year was because the technician, Mark who was very nice but who only knew the very minimum required to just clean my indoor Mitsubishi AC unit made it worthwhile.
