Horrible unfriendly business. Sent me an invoice in January that did not open properly & a payment link that said i owe $0.00. Instead of reaching out even once between January-April they leave it unattended and then reach out today threatening to put a lein on the building i rent from. Invoice was paid within 5 minutes of contacting them… no need for threats over your own poor accounting. Would not do business again.

It began with their customer service representative, Katrina. It was an unusual job, removing some 25 feet of 120 v light fixture and replacing it with low voltage LEDs. Katrina worked with me every step of the way arranging for delivery of the new fixture, providing a price quote, scheduling installation. Teo and Tom were on time, worked diligently, completed the job within a day, and left the kitchen cleaner than they found it. It's a pleasure working with folks who are so professional.

Paid $175 for them to tell me they didn't have the parts. Then after calling them several times for a follow up, they gave me a quote of almost $1000. Comparable quote was $150 total. Look elsewhere!
