I highly recommend this clinic. So far, I have visited them twice for cleaning and filling respectively. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I got the results I wanted after the two appointments. Special shoutout to Dr. Mitchell, who is great at building rapport with clients!
Tunde is an amazing Dental Hygienist. My family has been going to her for years. Recently there has been a change Dentists who either don’t show up for appointments booked months in advance or fillings done incorrectly. My next appointment will be my THIRD time having the same filling/tooth fixed. Not impressed.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The dentist ensured that I was comfortable and at ease. He took the time to explain the procedure, his findings and my options. Great customer service!
I’m not satisfied with the experience I had here. The clinic failed to send any reminder prior to my appointment, and later they tried to impose a cancellation fee without any proper communication. This approach feels unfair and unprofessional. A healthcare service should prioritize patient communication and courtesy, not threats or unexpected charges. I will be looking for a different dental provider that values patients and provides clear, respectful communication.
I enjoyed my experience at Altima Bayview. They are very professional and take their time to answer any questions. All staff are helpful.
