I honestly have nothing but gratitude for this dental clinic. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The doctor is a true genius. He has an incredible technique that makes the entire procedure completely painless. I didn't even feel the anesthesia injection—zero pain throughout the whole treatment. My family and I have been going to Altima dental for many years now and we always have a good experience. (As best as can be expected at the dentist.) Dr. Chater goes above and beyond for his patients, he is kind, patient and gentle. I have never had such a good dentist. All the assistants, hygentists and receptionists are so caring and excellent at their jobs. I have actually gotten over my fear of the dentist because of the good experiences I have had with everyone at this clinic. Thank you, keep doing what you're doing.
Always a positive experience at this clinic. The staff are professional and caring. I appreciate the gentle approach the dentist takes in his administration of what needs to be done. This is the first place I've ever had very little anxiety related to dental procedures
