My rating of 5 stars is based on the fact that this counselor is outstanding! She listens carefully to me, and she provides good feedback. I especially am impressed by her ability to provide context and perspective to situations in my life, as this helps me figure out how to move forward in a positive and constructive fashion. This level of exceptional care is much appreciated!
I love the councilors and the staff. The booking process they adopted is very repetitive as I complete it before coming in and repeat it when I arrive.
