A&M contractors came out to my house to quote a new roof. They estimated the work would take 3 days. When they started to tear off the roof, they found out that it had the original Cedar Shake roof from 1938. The entire roof had to be redecked. This only added another ½ day to the project. Throughout the roof replacement, they would document the progress of work with photos, 178 in total. The workers were very professional and on time every day. Workers could of made more of a effort to keep surrounding areas clean. Excepted a better quality job on the drywall. Great job on the flooring. Installed new lights in ceiling but 2 of them wasn't flush with ceiling. Alex said they would repair it 2 separate times. Never showed and no call. He got his money and ran.will not be using this company again.
I had my roof redone at my home, Alex and his team of certified installers (A&M contractors) did everything they said they will do, with no surprises. They are a very professional group of people and their workmanship shows it. They were quick but did not rush the job. I like the fact that they provided a picture report during the process and at completion of the project. They also left the property very clean after they completed the roof. If you are looking for a new roof, A and M Contractors is the best company to go with. I worked with Alex who is one of the best people I have ever worked with when it comes to hiring a contractor. He is very accommodating and would do anything I asked to make the job right. He's also very patient with all of my questions and had very knowledgeable answers. We had a house and two sheds reroofed by A&M Contractors. Alex was great to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us good suggestions. The crew showed good teamwork helping each other out. They knew what tasks there were and seamlessly moved onto the next task to work on. They were efficient, smooth and hard working.
