A&M contractors came out to my house to quote a new roof. They estimated the work would take 3 days. When they started to tear off the roof, they found out that it had the original Cedar Shake roof from 1938. The entire roof had to be redecked. This only added another ½ day to the project. Throughout the roof replacement, they would document the progress of work with photos, 178 in total. The workers were very professional and on time every day. A&M did an amazing job! They were able to start early. The workers were extremely professional and kept everything in order. The quality of the workmanship is phenomenal. And at the end, the clean up was so well you could barely tell they had been in the yard. I highly recommend A&M to everyone!
****If you are looking for a new roof, you need to research raw materials and prices before talking to the roofing contractors.**** I contacted Alex on a Saturday and he responded. He is willing to work when others are not because he cares about customer service and growing his business. Alex proposed a fair price, unlike his competitors who quoted TRIPLE the price (with a straight face) but at least they have a nifty song about keeping me warm and dry. We just had A&M construction fix our roof and they did a fantastic job in a short period of time. We had it done by Apex about 10 years ago who was a storm chaser and it was never done right. Thank goodness we found an excellent company that could fix what they did wrong. It was a very good price and wonderful company to deal with.
