i hired AMPM property management company to manage my condo and signed an agreement on last week of October and handed them the keys. The unit was rented and the tenant wanted to move in two days early. I approved this request but made clear that AMPM MUST notify me of the exact day and time so I can book the elevator, per my condo's bylaws. If I could give this company a negative rating, I would! possibly the most unprofessional group of scam artists I've ever witnessed attempting to call themselves property management. Renting a basement suite in Wolf Willow since Aug.2025. Their company will do everything to show you a place fast and help you sign a lease, which they fully disregard and break on their end when it comes to upholding duties of maintenance and responsibilities providing any services to the tenant.
