I had a great experience with renting through AMPM properties, the whole process is very smooth. They are really helpful in all the information and lease process as needed. The property manager has a good understanding towards the tenants and help make the house a better place for the tenants to live.
STAY AWAY!! We just signed a lease with this company of course as it was in a time sensitive situation. First being shown the shower curtain rod was damaged before anyone else ever lived in the unit, sounds strange. The microwave didn’t work, can’t press any buttons on it, and the furnace is continuously blinking red and making a warning side sound all day and night. One of my worest real estate I encountered Mr Anand the manager is the one who promised you everything until you signed the agreement. After that he will never reply to text messages or any calls he will text only to collect his rent. Stay away from this scammer agent. He is very rude after you signed he will show you two faces before and after you sign the contract
i hired AMPM property management company to manage my condo and signed an agreement on last week of October and handed them the keys. The unit was rented and the tenant wanted to move in two days early. I approved this request but made clear that AMPM MUST notify me of the exact day and time so I can book the elevator, per my condo's bylaws.
