Just A Pain In The Rear The management and maintenance person don’t care about the property. And don’t even try to swim in the pool my child played in it and the next day had a bacterial infection because they don’t clean it.

Terrible Everything about living here sucks. The office lady is nice her manager is lazy and doesn’t deserve her job. I’ve had rats in kitchen since I moved in. Been up there 3x just and still haven’t gotten anything other than her writing down my issues on a post it note that must get thrown away right when I walk out the door cause nothing gets done. Don’t Even They suck. Everything sucks. They have one maintenance man that has an attitude about everything and doesn’t do anything right. They lie about everything. The pool is a decoy. The staff is incompetent and they write everything important on sticky notes that get lost. If you have a complaint or if something breaks, forget about it. They’ve got excuse for days. Not even gonna get started on the bug problem. You pay for pest control but never received it. They never answer the phone and they are rarely in the office ... read more

Just Nope This had to be the worst renting experience in my life! Roaches.. Holes in the ceiling.. Leaking Ceiling.. The maintenance man did not know how to do his job at all. I always had to get my neighbor to check behind him to make sure everything was done right. AC never works and you can't rely on your maintenance man to come on time. Not worth it If you like roaches, rats, leaking things, stopped up sinks, black mold, management that doesn't care, trashy outside appearance, holes in the wall, and illiterate maintenance, than this is the place for you. If not, run as far away from here as possible!!!! It's not worth it!

Roaches I was not given an opportunity to see my apartment before the day I moved in. "Blind faith" she called it. I agreed because I saw a model apartment a couple years before. Needless to say WORSE MISTAKE!
