I originally gave this office a great review because they were able to help my mother who tripped and broke all her teeth. Not going to leave a long drawn out review but it's been months and we have yet to see her permanent partials. Appointments have been changed at the last minute. Prescription orders were difficult to get done and after receiving our $7k payment plan we have yet to see her permanent teeth. I will never go back there. She referred me to a Endodontic doctor for a redemption. I saw him, had it done and the doctor told me he put a temporary filling in, to go back to Dr. Sheehan within 30 days to get a permanent filling, and he did tell me that eventually I would need that crown replaced. I made an appointment for a filling, turns out she wouldn't do it. She said I needed to get the crown replaced. If I could leave negative stars for this business, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. This dentist office puts on a friendly front but I have no idea how they are still in business honestly. I will try and keep this review short, but our experience there spanned for MONTHS and cost us at least $10,000 after everything. I had been looking for a dentist for awhile and then I called Oakland Family Dental as I was experiencing swelling in my face and thought I may have an infection on a broken tooth I had They got me an appointment the very next day. Dr. Sheehan took excellent care of me, she is the sweetest Dentist I have ever been to (and I've been to alot) and her staff is just amazing (her mom runs the office). I would give a 0 if I could. I had been going to the other Dentist Dr. Doeringer for over 40 years. Loved him. He took care of my whole family. Well my husbands bridge broke. She said it couldn't be replaced he needed dentures. She pulled all his teeth the same day. He come home bleeding so badly, I called the office they said it was probably saliva mixed with blood, even though the sink was full of bright red blood.
