I highly recommend this group. I am working with Dr. Welch and she really listens and cares about the mental health of her patients. I have made a lot of progress because of her attention to detail and care. I love that when I was looking for a doctor I was able to look through a list of profiles to pick who fit my situation best.
I love Amanda. She is very personable and is quick to tell me what I’m doing well to help myself. If there’s an area I need to improve she will let me know but she does it without making me feel like I’m being lectured. I feel like she really listens to me and really tries to get to the root of what I need.
The actual providers are good and Amanda is great but since Lifestance took over there aren't enough people working to cover check in and appointments, there's been billing mistakes and the billing people are hostile. Overall feels like they are in it for the money rather than caring for patients. They are cutting costs anywhere they can.
I Always feel heard when I am speaking and know she is trying to make the best choices for me. The office staff is very welcoming and patient. Let’s me decide what way I want to go. I love this office.
My first visit was exceptional. The staff are very kind, patient, and caring. The environment is very soft and welcoming. I am very happy that I chose this place.
