I am so grateful to Aimee, P.T. she has such great patience and skills in explaining the exercises needed to help complete my total hip replacement recovery. So much so that I want to follow her instructions and guidance. And in less than a month I find myself stronger every day. I look forward to her visit in assigning me with new exercises that I continue to follow and gain a complete recovery. Aimee, you've been my rock!! Thank you.
They do not come properly supplied for what they are there to do and expect to use supplies that you paid for out of your own pocket. Did not even come with something as basic as chuck pads to place my feet on to rewrap wounds on my legs. Nurse didn't mention it at all, was just going to do it on the bare carpet I guess, until I asked if she had the pads, which she did not and then I advised her that I had some that she could use. Didn't bring any for the second visit either.
I just finished a series of home physical therapy sessions. I was disappointed by several aspects of my therapy. The PT was chronically late, For instance my final appointment was scheduled for 7:10 AM, he arrived after 7:30 with no explanation or apology, rather par for the course Sessions were very short, some less than 15 minutes, final visit was ~ 30 minutes. Nancy R. at Amazing Care has been truly amazing with my 86 yr old dad! She patiently explains to him about his pressure wound and works with his (limited) ability to get him moving and get that stubborn wound healed. She has made valuable recommendations (to our family) on what products (gel pad & creams) to get that can help his situation. She was so thorough in assessing his health needs.
