I wouldn't recommend this place at all they say the check benefits but don't. They then call you and say hey this actually wasn't covered and now you're going to have a bill from us. They also violate HIPAA and just brush it off. They don't care that it happened it's just "human error" that doesn't matter when it violates THE LAW! Don't go here it's not a good place to go because of the office staff. Our provider in the springs was amazing and I'm very upset that my daughter can't continue to see her.
We've been with the Straka family for going on 4 years now and I couldn't be happier with my son's progress. He is autistic and currently does OT and speech. Lori Genrich is the best. She honestly cares so much and feel like she's apart of my family. Can say we've been through alot together. He went from being completely non verbal to communicating in full sentences with details.He recently started with Ms. Becky for OT and she's fantastic as well. I wouldn't recommend any other place for services. We love the Straka family!
My son was 10 at the time he started taking speech with Straka. They have always been beyond accommodating and courteous, and I have seen a big difference in my sons cognitive abilities. So it lead us to try one of the peer groups Straka offers, and I can’t even begin to say how good it has been for my, now 11 year old, in a social group with other kids his age. I am beyond satisfied with the staff meeting my sons needs and helping him grow as a person.
My son was assigned to Andrea for speech therapy and we couldn’t have had a better person to work with. She was so kind, attentive and communicative. My son actually looked forward to meeting with her weekly. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a comfortable place to have your child go for speech therapy.
My son has received OT, speech therapy, speech group and the social thinking group for tweens at Straka. We have been so impressed with the staff and their attentiveness to our son and his needs. He has grown tremendously during his time with Straka speech. We have been so grateful especially to Amber and all her work and advocacy on our behalf!
