We have just had a few sessions so far, but our 18 month old is doing well in speech with Ms. Tina. This is a nice facility and overall their wait time was much shorter than other places, such as Children's Hospital. We feel well cared for and are glad to have found a good therapy home! While we aren't in any kind of PT, their play gym facility looks incredible!
The therapist, Hali, was very personable and connected well with my son for our initial evaluation. The environment was conducive to children of all ages. My son felt welcomed and comfortable..
I was not notified that my sons OT was out in advance and I drove an hour to get there with no apologies from the receptionist. My son did like the OT a lot and is very upset, but I do not like the disrespect I had today, and I don't see the 20 to 25 min session he gets to be worth the hour drive.
