I originally gave this company a 5 star review, but since then, have figured out how poorly the "repair" was made. I had a refrigerant leak on my suction line and the technician repaired it and recharged with refrigerant. It's not been hot enough to run the AC until now and now the compressor won't stay on. I figured it was just the age of the system, so I reached out to other companies for estimates on a new system. The hvac service provider arrived on time as promised. He knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it in no time at all. His name was Fred and he was very helpful and knowledgeable taking the time to explain everything to me. He was very professional, polite and respectful. I give him two thumbs up! Thank you so much! It was a very good experience working with Amazing Comfort. They were prompt in responding to our needs and their customer service representative was pleasant in her communication and ensured a technician was on site within hours. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it. I will be recommending Amazing Comfort to my family and friends.
The tech was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. AC came out to check my malfunctioning system as part of my home warranty with AS. The tech spent an hour and could not find any issues (system was running fine). He took the time out to explain my system in detail and what could be the issue but he can't fix what he can't see. The Technician was fantastic! Troubleshot my AC system and repaired a wiring issue and thoroughly checked the operation. I had paid another company a few months back to resolve the issue and they replace the thermostat however, the system still didn't work properly even after a couple of visits. The Tech explained exactly what the problem was in layman's terms so I could understand. Super job!
