I originally gave this company a 5 star review, but since then, have figured out how poorly the "repair" was made. I had a refrigerant leak on my suction line and the technician repaired it and recharged with refrigerant. It's not been hot enough to run the AC until now and now the compressor won't stay on. Tech came by only to tell me that my A/C unit was inadequate for my house. It was adequate for my house for 32 years and now it is not cooling. It is still broke not inadequate. It is freezing up severely and I’m sitting here with windows open wondering what to do next. Your technician also said that American Home Shield will not replace my unit as long as he can keep replacing parts. I was told that he can install a new unit as an upgrade and it will only cost me about $9000 out of pocket. I have yet to hear from him

I recently had a great experience with Amazing Comfort (assigned to me by my home warranty company). Fred, the technician, was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every single one without making me feel rushed. That alone deserves 5 stars as I have worked with other companies that rush you and seem annoyed when you ask questions. I had previously used a different service for the same intermittent issue which was obviously not resolved. Amazing comforts technician (I believe his name was Fred, I apologize if mistaken) took the time to provide clarity on the issue, handled all my questions and objections professionally and provided suggestions for better future upkeep, while addressing the core of my intermittent malfunction and was visibility thorough throughout the entire process to ensure proper functionality.
