I originally gave this company a 5 star review, but since then, have figured out how poorly the "repair" was made. I had a refrigerant leak on my suction line and the technician repaired it and recharged with refrigerant. It's not been hot enough to run the AC until now and now the compressor won't stay on. I figured it was just the age of the system, so I reached out to other companies for estimates on a new system. The Technician was fantastic! Troubleshot my AC system and repaired a wiring issue and thoroughly checked the operation. I had paid another company a few months back to resolve the issue and they replace the thermostat however, the system still didn't work properly even after a couple of visits. The Tech explained exactly what the problem was in layman's terms so I could understand. Super job!
It didn't take Mr. Fred long to diagnose and fix my issues. He was professional, friendly, and and took the time to listen to me about the issue before he expertly troubleshot the system. He has great house keeping practice by putting on foot covers on his boots and ensuring everything was put together the way he found it. He is a force multiplier for Amazing Comfort and gives added value to the customer. Thank you Fred!
Recently used the company for an A/C tune up. Our technician James arrived on time and communicated well throughout the process. Overall would definitely recommend.
Great customer service. Got a call less than 48 hours after calling home warranty service for an appointment. The receptionist with Amazing Comfort was very polite and professional.
