just nowNEW-Edit Poor customer service and very uncommunicative. Needed flooring to finish a job and ordered from here. Hamid, the owner, said it would take 1 week for the box to be delivered. A week passes and he disappears. I'm unable to get a hold of anyone and no update on my floor order. Called everyday for 5 days after when the floors were supposed to be delivered but no luck.
