Amazing grace was simply that, amazing!!! They picked us up at our requested hotel. They were early and waiting on us. Accommodated my toddler by providing a car seat so we didn’t have to fly with one! I would highly encourage booking with them. I will be again!

Paige, our business has been closed since July. I’m not sure who you received a ride from but it surely wasn’t from this company.
I used this company recently because someone in my Facebook group recommended them. Getting to the port was ok (got the run around from airport staff). Coming from the Port, Carnival had issues causing our debarkation to be later. I informed Amazing Grace of this and was told they can't wait around. Fine, come get us a little later but to say we are leaving and not reply to ANY messages was unacceptable. We paid for a service and was denied usage. However, your pick-up time was scheduled for 9:00 AM. At 9:30 AM (30 minutes after you were scheduled to be picked up), we ask for an update as to your group disembarking as we were ready to wait at least another 15 minutes.
