I've visited Ambassador several times in the last two weeks to visit my sister. So far my experience has been a good one. The staff appears pleasant and accommodating, always willing to answer any questions I have. The facility itself is very clean, no unpleasant odors. My sister is well cared for and her biggest complaint is not being able to go home, which is understandable.

My husband visits a good friend there that's in rehab. It is very clean and smells good. The activity room is clean and it seems like the patients like it there. The nurses are nice and friendly.

It's the pleasant Staff for me, everyone always greets you... Front door staff are always very kind... Nurses, CNA's, Housekeepers, etc,etc...Over all they coulé use some upgrades on Beds, Tv's, a little remodeling around there should help... One floor at a time!!!🤗

The staff is kind and friendly and they really treat my brother well. He likes them and they like him. The facility is very clean and well kept

This place is by far the worst since my brother has been there . It smells bad the staff has. Nasty attitudes and really don’t care about the residents they are really their for money that place does not update family they let the. Residents sit in urine all day while they sit in th dining room on their phones and talking. They play all day and don’t pay attention to residents and have worked in many facilities but this is horrible. And I feel sorry for them residents.
