Lee was great! Very professional. He had my AC unit up and running in about 30 minutes from first diagnosis. Turns out it was something simple the condensation pump. I would recommend this company any day there was no upselling he found the problem and targeted the solution almost instantly and my house was cool again within the hour. Thanks Lee! and Ambient Air Inc.

I always request Ambient Air through my home warranty company. They're always punctual, honest, informative and efficient. I've had tech Lee come out a few times and never had an issue with the repairs he's performed. He always has patience, honesty and helpfulness on display when he works. He had a new guy by the name of Brian riding with him this week when he came out and Brian exhibited the same personality traits as Lee. This is why I will always deal with Ambient Air.

Company service was excellent and worthy of 5 stars. Technician was well knowledgeable and professional knew what problem was and took care of it without issues. Company was assigned to us by our home warranty, good choice..

I had service done on my AC unit my technician was Lee. He initial came and fixed the some wiring that was the issue. He also came back for a follow up and explained everything that he was doing. He also gave recommendations to keep my AC in working condition. I’d definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough great things about this incredible company. They are quick and efficient and the prices are very reasonable. They had great communication and I know the owner personally and he is a great man. If you’re looking for someone to do your heating and air conditioning look no further… They are the best!
