We are a medical office with many patients streaming through our office each day and had a large problem with our air conditioning unit this summer when it was quite hot out...it had to be replaced. Ambient was so quick to replace and install! They made sure that the installation was professional and did not interfere with our workday. Everything is working great and so appreciate their professional work!
Fantastic---Ambient has sprung to life: Here is a QUOTE from the WEB......Our deepest apology from all here at Ambient. We have been too focused on our bottom line that we have forgotten the customer. And yes due to the lack of knowledge of the home owner we in fact would install items that costs less. Ambient has taken a new stance---reprimand those who were involved.... We now have a new policy in effect for integrity above all else and respect for the home owners instructions. Once again our apology.
My stepfather about 3 years ago had his furnace replaced. Ambient Air Solution's service was just O.K. My stepfather was kind of a let alone guy---in my observations of their behavior I would stick to the middle of road opinion.
